Shipping, returns & FAQ

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. We currently ship within the US only.

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days from San Antonio, TX. Standard US delivery is typically 3–5 business days after that. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment it’s on its way.

  • Not yet — we currently ship within the US only. International fulfillment isn’t set up on our end just yet. Join our list and we’ll let you know the moment it opens.

  • Absolutely. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If it’s been more than 2 business days and you haven’t heard from us, get in touch.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Because our drops are small, exchanges are offered while supplies last — if your size or piece has sold out, we’ll issue a refund instead. Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Email info@simeonclo.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll confirm whether your exchange size is still in stock, send a prepaid US label, and walk you through the rest.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

  • Final-sale items are marked clearly on the product page and can’t be returned or exchanged. Everything else follows the standard 14-day policy.

Returns & exchanges

  • Our tees are cut slightly relaxed and boxy. If you prefer an oversized fit, size up. Full measurements are on our size guide. Sizes run S–2XL.

  • Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang. Don’t iron directly on graphics. Wash less, wear more — the heavyweight cotton only gets better with time.

  • Drops are limited and made in small runs. The best way to know first is to join the list at the bottom of this page — early access, restocks, and the story behind each piece.

  • Sometimes. Signature pieces like the Dove Tee restock; seasonal pieces usually don’t. Subscribers hear about restocks first.

Product & sizing

  • All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout. Payment is encrypted and secure.

  • We ship fast, so reach out within a couple of hours of ordering and we’ll do our best. Once it’s shipped, you can use our 14-day return policy.
