Shipping policy

All orders ship from San Antonio, Texas within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

• $6.99 standard shipping on US orders under $75

• We currently ship within the US only — international fulfillment is not yet available

We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll always help you track down a package. If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

• Email info@simeonclo.com with your order number to start a return or exchange

• Because our drops are small, exchanges are offered while supplies last — if your size or piece has sold out, we’ll issue a refund instead

• US returns include a prepaid label; original shipping is non-refundable

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection

• Final-sale items (marked on the product page) are not returnable

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and improve your experience — name, contact details, shipping address, and order history. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers.
